All candidates undergo a thorough pre-employment screening process before being registered with us. We are fully committed to protecting the welfare of vulnerable adults and children.
Enhanced DBS Checks — All workers undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check appropriate to their role, including checks against the children's and adults' barred lists where applicable.
Professional Registration Verification — Where applicable, we verify registration with the NMC, HCPC, and other relevant professional bodies.
Two-Stage Reference Checks — We obtain and verify a minimum of two professional references before any placement is made.
Right to Work Compliance — We rigorously verify every candidate's right to work in the UK in accordance with Home Office guidelines.
Safeguarding Training — All EPHA-placed workers hold current, relevant safeguarding training appropriate to their level and client group.
GDPR & Data Protection — Candidate and client data is handled in full compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
